Are your books brand-new?

Yes! All our books are brand-new, and we try our best to ensure that they are in top condition. If there are any minor dents or damages, we will inform you beforehand.


Do you provide gift wrapping?

We can most definitely gift wrap your items free of charge! Just make sure to note your requests, and if you have a dedication you would like us to include, in your cart or on your confirmation email.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept bank deposits through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank (BDO), and online transfers through GCash.


How do I pay for my order?

If ordering from our website, payment details will be given upon checkout and on your confirmation email. Kindly upload your proof of payment on the link provided in your confirmation email. If ordering through Instagram, we will send you payment details through direct message. 


How long do I have to make the payment before my order is cancelled or items returned to stock?

We will hold your item/s for you for 24 hours until payment has been made. 


Where do you ship?

We offer nationwide delivery to the Philippines! For provincial deliveries, kindly send us a message on Instagram.


How soon can I expect my order?

If your shipping address is within Metro Manila, you will receive the items within 1-2 days. For Provincial areas, you may expect it within 5-7 working days.


How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with your tracking details once your parcel has been shipped. If you ordered from us on Instagram, we will send your tracking details through direct message.
